In the Waiting Room – Week 7 – Video

by Kathy

Welcome to week 7 in our study!  This coming week we are going to be studying Psalm 27.  As I put together my notes for this week’s study, I quickly realized that God had given me so many wonderful things to share with you that it would take up two weeks of lessons.  So…let’s camp out for a couple of weeks with this Psalm and just savor it.

As David waited on God, he learned to confidently trust God!  Psalm 27 is a song of trust describing what David had learned about the God he loved.  It is thought that this Psalm was written after David became King, facing new battles.  Because of what he had learned in the past about waiting on God, David was confident that he would see the goodness of the Lord in the days ahead of him.

I am praying for you as you study this lesson that God would reveal areas in your life where you need to trust Him more and more.

Have a grace full week!

Wow! This is the HARDEST to try to incorporate into daily living. It is comforting to know that others have a difficult time with placing trust where it rightly belongs. This is the heart of my struggle and the things I face in my marriage and trying to hang on to the hope and put my faith and trust in God continually especially when my spirit feels so broken and in a puddle.

      Angie,
I am praying fo you as you keep digging into the Word of God and praying. You may feel broken right now, however, as you continue to bring your situation before God and focus on your relationship with Him, your emotions will be covered in His presence and here is where you will find peace. I am so glad there are 2 weeks of lessons on this beautiful chapter of trust. I pray that these lessons will continue to minister to you. Thank you for sharing your heart. Know that you are cared for deeply! Please know that you may contact me personally on my website (under link “contact me”) if you would like to talk over the phone and pray together. I would be delighted to listen and point you Godward.
