In the Waiting Room – Week 3 – Video

by Kathy

This coming week we are going to be studying Psalm 15 together.  In the video today, I am going to challenge you to think about how you respond during your waiting time, so think about that as you open up this study.  There are times that I feel like I am going to come unglued!  It is during these times, I have learned to ask myself a question.  Listen to the video for what that question is.  This week you you will hear that there is something we can be doing in the midst of our waiting, and the promise that God gives us as we do.  Don’t forget to read Psalm 15 before listening to the video.

Have a grace full week!

These verses encourage me to keep pressing on toward the cross. God is the rock in which I hold tight to as I hangover a cliff at times. Praying along the entire way that He would hold my hand on the rock when I get weak. I am strengthened by the words of the Lord and without them I would slip. I would not believe that I can keep hanging until He pulls me up. I can’t do it in my own strength only in His. Dwelling on the creation that is around us as we hang helps, it shows me the power he has. Just thinking about all the things that he as made…that is power…that is beyond me and that is comforting.

This is so helpful as I can wait, but if too long, I always come unglued. This week’s lesson will herange through and also help me to guide my daughters as they learn to wait.
